郭大乐
一、个人简介
郭大乐，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师，中国标准化协会生物资源与设施专业委员会委员，四川省分析测试学会质谱专业委员会委员。2016年毕业于中国科学院成都生物研究所药物化学专业，主要从事中药（及其内生菌）活性成分发现的相关研究。截至目前主持国家自然科学基金、四川省科技计划项目（重点研发项目）、四川省自然科学基金项目、中国博士后科学基金等课题10余项；以通讯作者或第一作者身份在Journal of Natural Products、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Phytomedicine、Bioorganic Chemistry、Phytochemistry等业内经典期刊发表SCI论文40余篇。

研究方向：
1.中药(及其内生菌)源新成分的发现，包括：基于多种色谱技术实现次生代谢产物光学纯级别的制备；基于多种物理化学技术手段对天然产物的绝对构型进行解析；基于细胞、动物、植物模型对化合物的生物活性及作用机制进行评估和探究。
2.中药活性成分的机制阐述，包括：基于细胞、动物模型评估中药主成分的活性；基于蛋白组学和转录组学确认活性成分的直接作用靶点及阐述作用靶点与治疗过程的关联。
