本展区意在促进濒危生物资源保护的研究和科普宣传工作，保护生物多样性，维护生态平衡。陈列的生物标本有孟加拉虎、金钱豹、梅花鹿、白唇鹿、高鼻羚羊、藏羚羊、桫椤、荷叶铁线蕨、天山雪莲、珙桐、峨眉野连等。
